Each event schedule is bespoke crafted but below you can find template ideas of how trumpeters have been used:

Graduation Ceremonies

  • A Fanfare to announce the arrival of the academic procession

  • A Fanfare before an honorary graduate speaker

  • To play the National Anthem

  • A Fanfare to declare the congregation closed

  • An ensemble to play during the drinks reception

  • Photo opportunities to celebrate with graduates

Awards Ceremony

  • To welcome fanfare guests on arrival

  • A ‘Call to Dinner’ to draw guests’ attention before announcing that dinner is served

  • Before a speaker

  • After an award is announced

Livery Dinner

  • To welcome fanfare guests on arrival

  • A ‘Call to Dinner’, to draw guests’ attention before announcing that dinner is served

  • Before speeches

  • A Processional to play as the top table walk in

  • To play a cabaret set of entertainment at the end of dinner (10 minutes)

  • Toasts (National Anthem)

  • Post Horn Gallop

Corporate dinner

  • To welcome fanfare guests on arrival (with branded bespoke banners)

  • A ‘Call to Dinner’, to draw guests’ attention before announcing that dinner is served

  • Background music whilst guests dine

  • Fanfares before speeches

Birthday Party

  • A surprise fanfare that starts in a traditional manner then goes into Happy Birthday

  • Standing for photos with guests (with bespoke banners for the Birthday celebrant to keep)

Weddings

  • Fanfare for the arrival of the Bride

  • Ensemble to perform the Bride’s processional

  • Ensemble to perform during signing of the register

  • Ensemble to perform any hymns

  • Fanfare as the couple is declared married

  • Ensemble to play for the couple’s recessional

  • Fanfare to welcome guests to the wedding breakfast

  • To stand for photos with guests. Bespoke banners to be kept by the couple (often given as gifts to family and friends).
